Who it is for

For people who want their training to go somewhere.

You don't need to be an athlete. You do need to want structure, and to show up for it.

Strength and conditioning

You want to get properly strong, with a programme that builds week on week instead of a new workout every day.

HYROX preparation

You're training for a HYROX race and want running, strength and the stations built up in the right order.

Endurance and strength

You run or cycle, and want strength training that makes you faster and more robust, not just more tired.

Returning to structured training

You used to train with a plan. Life got busy, and you want a structure you'll actually stick to.

Busy professionals

Your time is limited, so every session has to count. You want the planning done for you.

Athletes who need programming

You already train hard, but you want proper programming and someone holding you to it.

The problem

Training hard isn't the same as progressing.

Most people who stall aren't lazy. They're working hard on a plan that doesn't add up.

  • A programme that changes every few weeks, so nothing gets the time to work.
  • Workouts chosen on the day, based on mood or whatever you saw online.
  • The same weights and the same times for months: busy, but not moving forward.
  • Nobody notices when sessions slip, so consistency depends on motivation alone.
  • Strength and endurance training that work against each other instead of adding up.

Coaching fixes the plan and the follow-through, so the effort you already put in starts to count.

How Captr coaching works

A plan, coaching to carry it out, and data to adjust it.

Intake and assessment

We start with your goals, training history, injuries and schedule, then assess how you move and what you can do today. That's your starting point.

Your own programme

Written for you, around your goal and your week. If you run, cycle or race HYROX, that training is planned in, not piled on top.

Two coached sessions a week

One-to-one, 60 minutes each, at fixed times between Thursday and Sunday. Technique, load and effort are coached, not guessed.

Progression you can see

Your coached sessions are logged set by set: weight, reps and how hard it felt. Each session builds on what you actually did last time.

A monthly review

Once a month we look at what has changed, from strength to consistency, and agree what comes next.

Adjusted to your results

The programme changes when your results say it should: more load when you're ready, less when recovery needs it.

Between coached sessions you have two independent sessions a week in the studio, any day from 06:00 to 22:00, to follow your programme.

Your coach

The person who reads your application is the person who coaches you.

I run your conversation, your assessment and every one of your coached sessions myself. There's no hand-off to someone else once you've signed up.

Expect clear explanations and honest feedback. You'll always know what you're working on, why, and what your numbers say about it.

The process

From application to your first session.

  1. 1

    Apply

A short form about your goal, your training and when you could train. It takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing.

  2. 2

    A short conversation

I'll contact you within two working days. We talk through your goals and check that coaching is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you.

  3. 3

    Assessment

In the studio: how you move, what you can do and where to start. We also fix your two weekly coaching times.

  4. 4

    Your programme starts

You get your programme and start training. After your first month, we sit down for your first review.

Questions

Do I need to be fit already?
No. The assessment finds your starting point and the programme is built from there, whether you're new to structured training or already competing. What you do need is time for two coached sessions a week.
Is this personal training?
Your coached sessions are one-to-one, so in that sense, yes. But it's more than someone counting your reps: you get your own programme, logged sessions, a monthly review and a plan that changes with your results.
How often do we train?
Two coached one-to-one sessions a week, 60 minutes each, at fixed times between Thursday and Sunday. You also have two independent sessions a week in the studio, any day from 06:00 to 22:00.
Can this work with running, cycling or HYROX?
Yes. Your programme is built around it: strength work is planned together with your running, cycling or HYROX training, so the two support each other instead of competing.
What does it cost?
€399 per month, with a three-month minimum (€1,197 in total). Nothing is charged until after your conversation and assessment.
Where is training?
At the CaptrFit studio, De Hooge Krocht 15, 2201 TR Noordwijk. It's a private training space: during your coached sessions, the studio is yours.
What happens after applying?
I'll contact you within two working days to arrange a short conversation. If coaching is the right fit, we book your assessment and agree your weekly times. If it isn't, I'll tell you, and you've committed to nothing.
What if I miss a session, or you're away?
Sessions missed for either reason are made up within your commitment period, so you always get what you paid for.
