Our facility offers exclusive 1-hour session bookings where you have the entire gym to yourself. No waiting for equipment, no distractions—just focused training time.
Members can book sessions through their dashboard after logging in. Select your preferred date and time from the available slots, and you're set. Sessions are 60 minutes.
Access hours depend on your membership tier. Core members have access from 06:00-22:00, while Premium and Elite members enjoy 24/7 access. Off-Peak is weekdays 09:00-16:00.
Core and Off-Peak members can book up to 14 days in advance. Premium and Elite members can book up to 30 days ahead.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session will restore your session credit. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the credit.
We have squat racks, dumbbells up to 45kg, a sled track, Concept2 rower, bike, and SkiErg. The space is designed for functional training.
Currently, sessions are individual. We're exploring guest passes for the future. Contact us if you have specific needs.
After booking, you'll receive door access for your session window. Access is granted 10 minutes before your booking starts and revoked 10 minutes after it ends.
Yes, contact us to change your membership tier. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations—your session credit is forfeited. Please cancel if you can't make it.
